Hookah and barbecue charcoal is formulated into a homogeneous mixture before the pressing process. Water is an essential ingredient for this process. Water must be removed from the mixture after pressing. Coals whose water is not removed have a moist structure. This moist coal is not resistant to very low forces and has low flammability and efficiency. Therefore, the coal must be dehumidified in order to produce a quality coal.  This dehumidification process is carried out by means of furnaces. Coal carts placed in the furnace are exposed to air circulation at a certain temperature. Within the specified time period, the coals are dehumidified and your high quality, highly efficient hard-structured coals are ready for packaging. In addition, in this way, it is ensured that your coals are packed in the correct weight.
